These terms govern use of the Taste My City website, online ordering, and optional promotional communications. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Online orders
Menu items, prices, hours, pickup times, and availability may change. You are responsible for reviewing your order and providing accurate contact and fulfillment information. An order is accepted only after payment is successfully processed and the website confirms the paid order.
Payments, changes, and refunds
Payments are processed by Clover. Applicable taxes, tips, deposits, and other approved charges are shown during checkout. Order changes, cancellations, refunds, and catering deposits are handled according to the circumstances of the order and restaurant policy. We may keep transaction, support, and refund history for operational and manual review.
Optional promotional communications
If you affirmatively select the deal-signup promotional-consent box, you agree to receive ongoing email deals and recurring automated promotional text messages from Taste My City at the email address and phone number you provide. These are the communication channels associated with the contact information you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of texts by replying STOP and may reply HELP for help. You may opt out of ongoing email deals through the unsubscribe link in a promotional email. An unchecked box during a later purchase does not cancel an existing opt-in. If you previously opted out and later affirmatively opt in again through an approved consent flow, we may restore your promotional status and record the new consent timestamp.
Free-wings deal codes
Each free-wings deal code can be used once and is limited to one deal per order. One code is available per customer during this promotion. The code expires seven days after it is issued. A valid code must be entered at checkout, and the offer is subject to item availability and any other terms shown with the deal.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with checkout or security controls, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
Website availability
We work to keep ordering information accurate and the website available, but availability may be interrupted and content may contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how customer, order, consent, support, and refund information is handled.
